Confidence starts with clarity. Here's everything you need to know before joining OTR Academy.

Fast. Most students feel the difference in the first 2–3 weeks, and by 30 days the change is visible to coaches, judges, and peers. Stronger presence, sharper arguments, higher confidence, and real competitive readiness. We are used to recording your progress, at 30 days with us, you will have visible changes in your performance and content. If the student shows up and follows the system, results are non-negotiable.

No, and that’s actually an advantage. We’ve taken students with zero debate or public speaking background and turned them into tournament-winning competitors. No bad habits. No outdated methods. Just a clean, elite system built for results.
Beginners rise fast here. Experienced students rise even faster.

We work with serious students only. Minimum commitment: 2–4 focused hours per week. That’s enough to outperform most school programs. (Students who invest more time scale even faster.) This is elite training, but we always say to our students that effort directly equals outcome.

Simple. Schools teach participation and basics. We, on the other hand, give you access to the same strategies our top coaches have consistently used and continue to innovate to win.

Yes, this is not a “pay and disappear” program. Students receive continuous feedback, performance tracking, strategic guidance, and direct access to elite coaches. We stay involved, we push hard, and we raise the standard every week.

Absolutely. Graduating OTR means lifelong access to an elite network of coaches, competitors, mentors, and international connections. Opportunities don’t end when the program does.

Ages 10 and up. Placement is based on ability and ambition, not just age. If a student is ready to level up, we make space for them.
